Supplementary terms for accommodation bookings at H+M Pension Brno.
Indicative prices for accommodation and other services are listed in the host's promotional materials (website, brochures, etc.). The price stated in the accommodation voucher is binding for the guest, as is the list of agreed services in the voucher. In cases beyond the host's control (e.g. force majeure), the host may change the agreed terms of the stay.
The guest may cancel the booking at any time before arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail with a read receipt to info@hm-pension.cz. The date and time the e-mail was sent determine the time of cancellation. Individual cancellation fees may be agreed for larger groups.
No cancellation fee is charged if the guest could not use the booked services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalisation of the guest or a family member, serious illness, military call-up, natural disaster. The guest must provide written proof of these circumstances within 3 days of their occurrence.
If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, 100% of the price of the first night will be charged. Earlier cancellation is free of charge.
These terms and cancellation conditions form an integral part of the accommodation booking and the accommodation voucher.
